When a client enters into a business relationship with Leanne Campbell of Imagine Write Communications, the client has entered into a legal binding contract, agreeing to review content and design in a timely fashion, and to make the required payments in full as specified. If there is any disagreement on the client’s part, we will do our best to resolve the issue in a fair manner. Our goal is to create a seamless experience.

 

All projects require a minimum of a 50% deposit to commence project; in some cases, full payment up front is required. The balance is payable immediately upon completion of the project, and in some cases, before your receipt of the copy/website. This is up to our discretion. All fees paid to Leanne Campbell are non-refundable.

 

Clients may make their payments via Pay Pal’s secure website, direct deposit and cheques made out to Leanne Campbell. 

Imagine Write Communications does not link to, support or affiliate itself with web sites that promote pornography, violence or any other content that is in violation of state and provincial laws.

 

Within the web site of Imagine Write Communications, the written content and Remington Rand branding is original and created by Leanne Campbell.

License is given to Leanne Campbell of Imagine Write Communications to use the copy and design provided in our online portfolio, as well as feature the copy and design as we see fit. We respect each client and their privacy. Personal contact information will never be sold. We do not have access to your private credit card information that you submit to Pay Pal.

Due to the nature of being an Internet remote company, there is no refund of any kind. All deposits, payments, salary and retainers paid to Leanne Campbell of Imagine Write Communications are non-refundable, no exceptions.

For Canadian residents with companies based in Canada, all prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Canadian clients pay 5% GST as well. For US or International clients living outside of Canada, all prices are quoted in US dollars.
