Where can I find your store? Imagine Write Communications is an exclusive Internet company joyfully operating our business from a digital office, interacting and meeting with clients and partners virtually via phone conference and email. If you live and work in the Fraser Valley, we are available to meet for a nice chat over coffee!
Are you just in Vancouver BC, or do you work globally too? We work with clients in Vancouver, BC, the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, BC, Canada. We joyfully work with businesses in Canada and the USA.
I don’t speak English, does that matter? Imagine Write only works with clients who speak fluent English. We deal in communications, and in order for us to do our job well, our client’s first language needs to be English. If we can’t understand you on the phone when you call, we won’t be able to understand fully what your needs are, so we’ll be unable to accommodate you.
How do I pay you? Our preferred choice for you to pay your invoice is direct deposit. We will give you our banking information, so you are able to do do. If mailing a cheque, please send via XpressPost, to be delivered in 1-2 days, and traceable. We also have other options.
What are your services? Imagine Write caters to the small business person and medium sized businesses, offering creative + effective Internet solutions. We have a passion for organic web design + SEO! Imagine Write designs a website from scratch, or takes your existing website and turns it from dull … to brilliant! We DESIGN, HOST + MAINTAIN your website! We specialize in WordPress setup, design, customization, and maintenance.
What are your rates? We have web design packages for you to choose from. We often give a flat rate for our projects, and to give you an idea of what we charge, our rate range is $50-$85/Hr. Our rates are competitive, based on professional standards and backed up by years of experience. We accept a minimum of a $1000 retainer for web design projects. The remainder is due before your website goes live.

Can you take care of my website or blog after it’s completed? Yes! Our clients appreciate that we take care of the little details for them. We maintain your website throughout the year, so you don’t have to worry about a thing! Website maintenance is at our hourly rate, billed to the minute.
How long does it take to create a website? When you’re ready to hire us, what we need from you is all your existing content, photos, images, graphics, etc that you want on the website. Then, we can begin!
Imagine Write is known for being speedy! We call it efficient and effective! <grin> This is a good thing. You want to get online and start making more money, right? We give you our full attention and take no more than 2-4 weeks to complete the website that is being built from scratch. So, expect to pay for the website in full within that time.

How does it work? When you hire Imagine Write, we become a team. You know yourself and your business better than anyone, so it’s up to you to give us as much information as possible, so we can accomplish your vision.
If you have hired us to create your website, it’s up to you to provide your ideas, direction and tone, so that we know what your needs are. Putting together information, even in bullet form in an email, really helps us do our job well.
I’m curious about your payment policy … When hiring us, a client is required to pay a deposit, before the project will commence. Full payment may be required upfront, depending on a few variables. or, final payment is due immediately upon your receipt of the project. In some cases, at our discretion, final payment may be required before your receipt of the project.
I’ve changed my mind … can I have my money back? All payments paid to Leanne Campbell of Imagine Write are non-refundable, no exceptions. This includes a deposit, payment, final payment, salary, retainer and the like. All web design work agreed upon initially at the time of the deposit being paid, the final payment is due regardless. With our writing services, if you decide you no longer want to continue with the project, the project will be stopped and you will be billed for work already accomplished.
I need my website hosted! We host your website, set up your website emails, email forwarding, etc. You don’t have to worry about a thing! To host your website for one year, we charge a flat rate, payable in one lump sum before website is uploaded to your domain.
