Rates
My rates are
competitive, and
based on
professional writing
standards. I
determine my fees on
a per-project basis,
based on word count
or an hourly rate.
Hiring
me is an
investment
towards the success of your business. If you are
financially prepared to hire a good copywriter/designer, please take the time

Retainer
Hiring me on retainer is the perfect
solution if you have many projects that need
to be accomplished, an on-going need for
my writing and design services. I often work
on retainer, depending on the time line and
other variables of a client's project.
A
retainer pays for my time in advance, and
secures my time and attention is on your
project + you're given top priority.
Any time I spend on your behalf,
whether writing, reading &
researching, brainstorming,
sending emails or on the phone,
is billable time.
I
accept a minimum of $1,500.00 + GST
for an initial retainer [payable in one sum
via cheque sent XpressPost].
Important
A
deposit
is
required
upfront,
before
commencement of your
project. In some
cases,
full
payment
is
required
upfront.
Once
hired,
and the
deposit
is paid,
fees are
non-refundable.
Final payment
is due
immediately
upon your receipt of the copy, before
revisions.
All payments
[deposits and retainers] paid
before commencement
of the project are
non-refundable. If you
wish to
cancel
for any
reason,
the
project
will be
stopped
and you
will be
billed
for the
work
that has
already
been
accomplished.
Canadian
clients
will
also pay 5% GST.
And if you've been a terror to
deal with, I will add an extra
maintenance fee. <grin>
